The Heartspring conferences will be held at the Heartspring Conference Center on our campus in Wichita, Kansas, conveniently located near K-96. The Heartspring Conference Center is a state-of-the-art facility that boasts a fully functional production system for audio and video recording with full webcasting capabilities. The conference center’s auditorium will hold 270 conference attendees and is ADA compliant.

The Heartspring Conference Center is also available for rental by non-Heartspring staff. The conference center has three rooms available for rental, or you can rent the entire facility.

Our 270 seat auditorium is the ideal location for conferences and other large events. The comfortably upholstered, theatre-style seating ascends toward the rear of the auditorium, providing all participants a clear view of the presenter or projection screen. The auditorium also features a professional quality sound system, as well as a state of the art video projection system. The Conference Center also has video recording and webcasting capabilities. The video screen is retractable and an expandable white board is available as well.
The boardroom is perfect for medium-sized retreats and other meetings. With the tables arranged conference style, the boardroom comfortably seats 28 people. Tables and chairs are moveable to allow a variety of arrangements to meet your specific needs. One wall is completely windowed, providing an abundance of natural light. The boardroom also features a retractable video screen, and expandable whiteboard for presentation notes, and a convenient serving window from the kitchen.
The classroom is designed specifically for small classes, presentations, and breakout sessions. With fixed computer tables and chairs arranged classroom-style, up to 12 people can be seated comfortably. Other amenities include a large whiteboard, and large windows that provide natural light.
